Exhibition: In January 2012, the newest Tarnovo museum opens its gates for visitors. Tsarevgrad Tarnov museum has been financed with money from the European program for regional development. Its collections, resembling a Bulgarian version of Madamme Tussaud, include 28 sculptures of historical personages from the city, created by the sculptor Boris Borisov using original technology. Along with those, the two floors represent traditional life and customs of these parts of the country – you can enter a mediaeval foundry, craftsman workshop or an authentic aristocratic home.

Selected from the collections: the figures of tsar Kaloyan, Ivan Asen II sitting in his throne room, cardinal Leon, Baldwin count of Flandres.

Services: Guided tours, multimedia presentations, animation.

   Working time: to be confirmed.
