An application for participation in the 5-th annual International Football Tournament South Black Sea Cup 2013 tournament should be sent to the Organizing Committee by  May 1, 2013 !

 

The applications for participation, which are sent after the above mentioned date, may be accepted only under an agreement with the Organizing Committee!


The application for participation should contain the following:


Football club, school, team (Full name) 

  • Age group to participate (Birth year of the players)

  • Participation dates

  • Delegation membership (Players, adults and the total number of the people in the Delegation)

  • Hotel choice (4*-star, 3*-star, 2*-star)

  • Head of the Delegation (Full name, office phone and fax, mobile phone, e-mail and contact address or other ways to contact)

  • Short description of your club, school, team. Achievements and participation in other tournaments!

By May 1, 2013 an advance payment of 15 % (fifteen percent) of the total participation cost should be transferred to the following account:

By June 1, 2013 the final payment should be transferred to the above mentioned account.

 

By June 1, 2013, the list of the participants (in Latin letters), with their travelling passport details (if your country is a member of the EU – state ID card details would be enough), should be sent to the Organizing Committee.


At arriving each team has to provide medical insurance of each player.
 At the Technical Conference, before the start of the competitions, each team has to provide a list with the names and the birthdates of all players!

 

The organizers may also help with the organization of training camps or just ordinary vacations for the football teams, or just for tourists, in the towns Ravda, Sunny Beach, Saint Vlas, Elenite and Pomorie.
