      Exhibition: The National Ethnographic Museum is located in the centre of Sofia – in the building of former King’s Palace. It was established in 1892. It displays Bulgarian folk art and crafts from the 17th-20th c., clay and copper utensils, home interiors, textile articles, wood-carvings, church plates, national costumes and adornments from every region.

     Selected from the collections: The Museum's collections are organized under several items: clothes, goldsmithery, copper objects, agriculture, woodcarving, home furnishing, ceramics, fabrics and embroideries, carpets, ritual objects, foreign art, and etc. Over the past fifteen years, the museum has shown, independently or jointly with other museums, more than 50 exhibitions in Bulgaria and abroad.
