Gambling is allowed in Bulgaria and is, in fact, part of its tourism. Most of the gambling halls and casinos are concentrated mostly in the capital city of Sofia, in Plovdiv and Varna and in the biggest seaside resorts. The biggest hotels in these places offer very nice casinos. Additionally there are many other casinos that are not associated with hotels and that offer equally good entertainment.

     At present Bulgaria has over 900 gambling halls, 35 bingo halls, 21 casinos, and above 10 companies taking bets on sports events. The gambling industry employs between 5 000 and 7 000 Bulgarians permanently.  There is a good choice for the lovers of gambling to  spend the nights in Bulgaria and have fun!
